Banggood, Never Again.

Just having the absolute worst time working with Banggood.com, just trying to get my poker ii I ordered from them last month. Here is a list that sums up my great "customer experience with them."

1)I’ve been on the support chat service for over 2 hours with no luck, Idk what it told me to ‘keep waiting’ when clearly nothing was going to happen. See attached image.

2) Overall, completely disappointed in the service I have received from the Banggood website. Taking over a week to process my order, taking longer than the 10-15 days shipping time (I even PAID extra to get faster shipping, and it looks like I’m getting the same normal delivery time frame), and not receiving an ETA for a Holiday gift.

3) Even with paying for extra shipping, they have:
    -Delayed my order by having a 6 day (full work week) processing time after ordering, even though they told            me the item would be shipped immediately.
   -Given me false shipping times (it's been 30+ days, when shipping is supposed to be 7-15 days, HAH, my ass)
   -Sent me the same generic support email not addressing any of my concerns. I kid you not, nearly ALL of my very detailed email responses have received generic 'please wait patiently, here is your tracking number, have a nice day'
   -My product is still in China. What the fck.

Now I have to tell my boss why he will be receiving his Christmas present in February. That being said, don't make the same mistake I did and order from a more reputable and organized company. Banggood = terrible service, unreliable.

I've had good luck with them but i've also never needed assistance since my stuff was shipped out right away.

I've bought 3 times from banggood including a Poker II with no problems. Sorry for your frustration.

Bought Blank PBT caps and O-rings.
Got it shipped to Germany for free.
No problems.

I bought some stuff from Banggood as well. The items took more then a month to get here, maybe closer to a month and a half. But other then that there was no problems with received items.

Sorry to hear about your experience. I have also bought stuff from bang good including a poker 2. The shipping was slow but not 30 days slow.

There is a reddit user you can try to contact, GeekTH, he is a banggood employee.

Just got my product today, 44 days later. I wasn't upset about the long shipping times, I was more upset at the incorrect and misleading estimated delivery times, and the extremely poor customer service that came with it.

I'm not sure how 10-15 days can somehow turn out to 40+ without a single explanation. I paid for faster shipping, too.

I got a zinc keycap and o-rings from them. Im happy since i got it cheap though, i see mixed reviews on banggood concerning shipping.

I've only ever ordered once from Banggood, bought a Keycool 84 in white and about a month and a half later a black one showed up. I wasn't bothered as black would have been my preference had it been in stock when I placed my order, but if I'd been wanting the white then I would have been seriously hacked off. It was dirt cheap though. I don't think I'd risk ordering anything high value from them given my experience.

Appreciate the heads up. I was thinking about ordering my EC108 pro from them in hopes of getting it faster, but due to the Chinese new year their site said it wouldn't ship for like 20 days anyways... so I decided to just save $35. Now I'm glad I made that call. I will keep it in mind to only order from them if I don't care when the item shows up.
