Lmfao. Tp4 people who ride know that they don't have control of that risk. They choose to ignore that because they enjoy riding. It's the nature of the beast.
Ffs though if you think users don't have some input into the equation you're crazy. You can over engineer a car, motorcycle and the like and if the operator is as dumb as bricks they'll find some way to break it in ways you couldn't imagine.
Can a more intelligent flesh bag stop 4000lbs of metal better than a less intelligent flesh bag.. ?
The engineering team could, in the form of a metal box..
Personal intelligence only comes into play by having NOT forgone the Metal Box.
Once a flesh bag decides against the metal box, he relinquishes majority claims of possessing intelligence.
The industry sells anything the customer will buy, we still sell cigarettes, tobacco companies are still unshakable juggernauts of financial derivatives.
The engineers did their best..

Tp4 you missed the point I'm making. I stated that people who ride already know the risk when they ride.
Even with a metal box as you put it, there is always a bigger stronger metal box that can still kill you with ease.
Again, over engineering a solution still won't save a users life in all use cases.
Living in constant fear of death or injury is a miserable way to live.
