The nice lady just dropped off my Amazon Prime Now order. It had Ben and Jerry's Pistachio Pistachio in the bags and was the perfect consistency. Still frozen but slightly melted so it's easy to scoop. MMMMMMMMMMMM

Thank you Amazon Prime Now  :-*

You dun picked good.  Pistachio BJs so gooooood.

Also, suuuper jelly of Prime Now.  It needs to come to SE WI!  There's a distribution center right there already, come on...

Any ice cream shipped to Florida right now would become soup. That's awesome though. I think somewhere kinda near me is a cookie shop that delivers ice cream, but not that ice cream :'(

In the UK, Ben&Jerry's is crap.
(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

I don't know the price where you're at (it's ~$5/pint here), but I can almost guarantee that it'll be worth a try at the very least.  Just to see what you're missing.  ;)

In Australia I didn't even know we had Ben&Jerry's!

Quiet. Like the kind of quiet you only get when you're up in the middle of the night alone.

Ben & Jerry's is good for store-bought ice cream.

Jeni's is my personal favorite, but it's such a small chain so I only get to go there when I go to Columbus.

They had listeria issues a year ago and I'd still be willing to have some it's that good.

You need to talk to CPTBadAss about his ice cream addiction. Dude would marry Jeni's if he had the chance.

There are so many things, but something I found recently is meditation, mindfulness and to ground yourself in the now. It sounds super hippie, but it really works.
This is a pretty good podcast that touches it with Duncan Trussel: http://duncantrussell.com/medicine-space-with-aubrey-marcus/#/vanilla/discussion/embed/?vanilla_discussion_id=0

Exercise is an other thing. I can not stretch this enough. It makes you happy like a switch that turns it on.
I have had super ****ty days, maybe a fight with my wife, but after a good workout all the problems are completely gone and you call home and apologize for the stupid **** you said.
I recommend finding a way of exercise you think sounds interesting, get a program of some sort and stick to that for at least 3 months before trying something new. I love calisthenics and power lifting, but think about what kind of person you are and what might suit.

Music.

Thanks.  It is a chemical sensing badge, similar to the radiation sensing badges which are common these days.  There is a proposal out there to develop low-cost wearable chemical sensors.  My design uses the white cartridge inside full of an adsorbant our lab developed.  Since my advisor knew I used the 3D cad stuff to design keyboard parts and other parts for other projects we have done, I was enlisted to design something which would be functional with their proposal, and have the required 'sexy' so that it could get accepted.
