First vacation ever
Got to hang out with somebody I consider a great friend. Two actually.
Got some unexpected wonderful news.
AND my boss paid me my full week even though I only worked 3 days.

:D  Glad you had a good time on your first vacation ever ( ).  That's awesome.  :thumb:  And don't let that pessimist tell you what's up - enjoy life when it goes your way.

Will spend holidays in Russia. WOOHOO!!!
(...)Whereas back then I wrote about the tyranny of the majority, today I'd combine that with the tyranny of the minorities. These days, you have to be careful of both. They both want to control you. The first group, by making you do the same thing over and over again. The second group is indicated by the letters I get from the Vassar girls who want me to put more women's lib in The Martian Chronicles, or from blacks who want more black people in Dandelion Wine.
I say to both bunches, Whether you're a majority or minority, bug off! To hell with anybody who wants to tell me what to write. Their society breaks down into subsections of minorities who then, in effect, burn books by banning them. All this political correctness that's rampant on campuses is b.s.

Serotonin.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

The Cherokey is not really me, and this yellow Reaper feels wrong as it is not a keycap that I actually own.

Ribs and milk..

Moving makes me happy.
We're packing up the whole house right now because we are moving on Saturday. It looks like **** in this house atm, but we just want to get the move over with and then everything else will happen as it happens. We still need to clean this old POS house we're living in and it's going to be a nightmare.
Although on Saturday I can wave byebye to this ****ty place and hello to a new one!

I've lost 6kg since mid-March. And I ate ice cream. And condensed milk. And Cornish pastries. And apple pie with double cream.

But exercised more?
No, I just ate less. I was on a vegan diet since mid March until May the 1st, and then after going back to eating 'normal' food I realised I need much less of it than before.
