I'm no psychologist, but I understand that in many cases, people who compulsively eat large amounts of food—especially sugary stuff—feel they're inadequately appreciated and/or loved. The food provides an immediate feeling of physical contact and pleasure, and the increased blood flow to the digestive tract has a calming effect.

Unfortunately, you turn into the Goodyear Blimp, and are eventually found dead among one or more pieces of collapsed furniture.

I'd agree that you have an eating problem if you can much through a bag of liquorice, otherwise you're just saying you like the taste of confectionery more than they make you feel bad.

Not sure why it's the case but I tend to overeat food if it's free. I'm assuming my corrupted thoughts think that I can conserve resources by eating free food now and not eating expensive food later. But it tends to be the case that I eat both. I also ate a lot growing up but fortunately playing three sports most of my life kept me from turning into a blimp.

The trick is to pour some of the bag into a smaller bowl and put the bag away.

But going to meetings means you get the free food..  because you can't show up for the sandwiches if you weren't seen at the meeting..

I have tried many varieties and still can’t beat original or original chunky. Also, I’m in Canada sooooo the chocolate is better than you USA folks

For me, I used to combo kitkat and reeses pieces together..

So you break a kitkat in your mouth, and then take another spoonful of reeses pieces.
