there are still hotels near the space, I too think we should try and find one with enough rooms for us so that we can do other things as well. Food, brewery, stores, drinks, etc.

It is only about a 10-minute drive from the meet-up base camp.

Ok I just booked our hotel, we will be staying at the Hyatt Place downtown. I was able to use a corporate code to get a discount, I would be happy to try and get others tied into that as well but I cant promise anything. I will also share a trick of travel, you will be presented different rates for hotels and flights depending on where your IP address is... and i mean significantly different rates.

The Wife and I wont be in until late Friday night but we'll be good for breakfast Saturday morning, something to do mid morning, lunch, THE MEET, dinner, drinks,... etc. I definitely want to hit up the breweries: Wicked Weeds new "funkatorium" as well as Burial, Green Man, and HiWire which are all walking distance. She might want to go relax at some spa or pool so if any ladies want to skip that feel free. We will head out late afternoon on Sunday.

I can't wait. You named all the breweries I wanted to try. I'll definitely want to stay downtown as I'll more than likely be on my motorcycle and I don't want to have to drive in and out of downtown.

I thought the place said they had tables, but I've got room to bring a folding table or two. Also, you got a decent mic if you're going to be streaming? I can bring a snowball if it's needed. And we can always all load up in the back of the truck for cruising around town :3

I'm excited for this weekend!

I know many couples are coming up for the weekend together, so I'm going to be planning to do a hike sometime after the meetup starts for people that may not want to spend 3 hrs at the place. That way we can all meet up afterwards to explore downtown together!
