Yeah, macarons is hard to get right from my experience

Unfortunately I'm don't have sweet teeth, tried this recipe because it's my wife birthday and I wanna do something special

Usually I made her flourless chocolate cake, I love how they use sous vide though

Been playing around with sous vide as well

Oh special note, the salmon was a goner
I smeared compound butter (tarragon and orange zest), and baked it low and slow to 60c
Everyone fought for it haha

Try to cook as much as possible. I try to sous vide stuff but I'm not so good at time managment :/ Will prob do the 104 F salomon during our winter break!

If you haven't tried dumplings, then you really should.  Especially if you're in school or need quick meals.  You can buy them frozen and it takes less than half an hour to boil them, plus they're pretty healthy (depending on which ones you get).  I've basically been addicted to them lately... so good.

Dumplings make you super fat...   just a word of caution...   SUPER FAT...

Personal experience...... during school...


I think the main reason is, they go down fast,  and you don't really think about the fact that each bite, is close to 50 calories..
