within the first 5 min of the stream he mentions his prep for casting is to jerk off and he was unable to find porn because of china laws but still managed to get off to people in wheel chairs. Also said ****s and the f word.
within the first hour he made secret look like a complete joke and constantly said things like "I don't know who these teams are" "I dont even keep up with dota". Basically came off like he doesn't care about dota at all.
During his time there he increased the degree of his insults (basically calling EE a retard). He also mentioned more of chinas censorship laws. Constantly made comments about Valve and Perfect World and the production.
And at one point he blatantly ignored production asking him to turn to break and then on stream made fun of them after that happened.
James said he was told to be himself (with no context) so people on reddit are saying valve is dumb and its their fault, why tell someone to act how they want and then be mad. Also saying stuff like james is always like this why are you so surprised?
CEO of Valve Gaben just posted a thread saying he didnt want james in the first place and that people lobbied for him and that they wont ever work with him again and called him an ass. Gaben also just fired the production team KeyTv (I thnk thats who it was)
James in the same thread said, the reason I havent responded is because this seems more personal than professional but I'm writing my response.
Seems like gaben hates james and james went too far in his antics and gaben said enough.
James did a great job keeping people entertained during the long production delays, but often went too far over the line of professionalism. You can be yourself and still be professional which he didnt do. So he got fired. drama is continuing
