Errrrrrmmmm, I'm not sure. I don't see why not. Although I remember there was a big hoo hah about people buying stuff on different Origin regions, but that was Origin.

Surprisingly i have found you don't need great internet to stream. I have 15down/5up and i stream 1080p without any issues, and completely lag free!

Its a blast, have a couple followers who swing by all the time.
