"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

1. He insisted that obedience, discipline, and order must be core principles of Russia. He repressed views questioning his reign and formulated policy to prevent them.
2. He personally question hundreds of people, executed many, and exiled the rest to Siberia.
3. The Polish rebellion, triggered by revolutionary ideas sparked by the French Revolution.
4. An edict by the Russian government
5. It declared Poland to be an invisible part of the Russian empire. It also ensured that the Polish culture and way of life would not be interfered with. Ivan Paskkevich,  the newly appointed viceroy, made sure these policies were not carried out and instead commenced a firm policy of Russification.
6. To make Russian or like Russian customs.
7. The ideology of Nicholaevan reaction stated that it was the obligation of teachers to indoctrinate students in the spirit of "Orthodoxy, Autocracy, and Nationality", and that each teacher should become a worthy tool of the government.
8. Its purpose was to collect information on counterfeiters, religious sects, dissenters, and all other illegal activities. It consisted of two departments, a trained military group, and a group of secret informers. They were not very successful due to lack of funds.
9. It was niggardly in its appropriation of funds for security forces.
10. He feared it would weaken the land owning class, the pillar of autocracy, and would case use an uprising among the serfs who weren't satisfied with the conditions of their freedom.
11. There were 712 incidents of unrest, during which peasants killed 173 landlords and bailiffs and attempted to kill 75 more. During this time troops were also used to put down disturbances on 132 occasions.
