I beat a full speced Lucina, Hector, Azura, Takumi team in arena once..

The computer couldn't use the terrain, was the only reason i won ..   I think for the S+ team, they should've probably used Ryoma instead of Lucina.   That team would probably be unstoppable with ryoma.. even with terrain problems.

I think Ryoma is much better for defense teams than Lucina but on offense one of Lucina's biggest benefits is her regeneration letting her fight multiple people without dying. Team Ephraim btw  )

My NON-takumi teams are floppy fish defensively.. sigh....... I don't have any good defensives.

Offensively, they're fine..    Roy is undervalued, because TBH, I need him just incase hector + magic teams show up..

It's good to have roy back there just in case..   Lilina would be good for hector, but she dies by anything else, so not good.

I got a 5s caeda as well, but she doesn't have enough health and get's killed.

People talk about '''' The Meta ''''

but they don't see how this meta is meaningless because the reality remains, ONLY the people who spend money can rank high..


The reason for this is,  The computer does not use the characters properly..

So, while a certain team would be good on offense in the hands of a human player..   The computer could not possibly use that team in the same way. The computer will get kited every time.

This creates a necessity to build 2 very different teams,  And normal players wouldn't even have that many 5stars to begin with.


There is nothing in the inheritable traits or weapons which would buffer the ai-playstyle's current deficits..

HOWEVER.. there is  MONEY, which can buy into those 40 +5 , 40+10 characters who's stats are so high , they're nearly indomitable.




The following fotos explain the situation well.. The ai doesn't understand the terrain and has put itself in a bad formation.

A human would never end up in this situation..

and I should never be able to beat the 40+3 julia 40+2 lucina 40+0 Hector 40+0 Takumi had it been a human player.

it seeeeems takumi and hector is getting modded with vantage often.


Takumi with aether seems like a waste, since takumis don't survive very long on the field since he's the first person you'd want to trade out.

hmm kind of hard to pick between those since you have a good mix of unit colors. I'm using Nowi with Quick Riposte and she's really good at dealing with Takumi, but you're right about getting destroyed by Julia. Putting Olivia to 5* would be just for arena bst. Nino has some overlap with Julia, but I personally prefer using Nino over Julia most of the time.

There's the option of saving your feathers for a good grand battle unit. The next one doesn't look good from the hacked data people produced of him, he's basically a weaker Karel. Xander and Camus might be good.

You only have to grind a little bit in the beginning..


But once you get a level 40 team.. you only get to play approximately 1 hr per day maximum.. you can't play more, even if you wanted to.. it just doesn't let you..

EVEN if you spent money --TO PLAY MORE--  the game won't advance..

I hesitate on nino,  mostly because the computer doesn't use that drag back correctly, and do stupid things with it, sometimes delaying a unit from getting to the front line.

The ears look cool.. but I was still trying to get camilla, because /reasons..

But overall, i think her stats are a bit too low to compare to linde as blue magic user.. sigh.......

I really wish this game had 2k assets..

it seems all sprites are built for 1080p.. doesn't look as sharp..

maybe next year we'd all get 4k fones..



Also, they're making so many changes so fast,  that I can't commit to upgrading any hero..


Now they got a NEW tier list after the inheritance thing.. 




For example, we got Nowi as S+ now..  but the problem is there are 999x julias out there due to the previous banner..   Since Nowi comes as a 4 star version,  there's also a huge abundance .


SO that makes the S+ ranking pointless if the obvious counter is in everyone's hands..

Ryoma and Hector are still much less common.. and both are s+..


Takumi falling was predicted,  they were going to nerf the guy for sure, because of how op he began.

But the reward difference is huge, +2000 feathers for rank 5001-10000.. only +1000 feathers for 30,000 to 50,000, 

If you whale you can easily get +3000 feathers for top 101-1000



I'm also angry because my guess is if I had 10 more points on Offense, by way of RNG matchups.

I would've gotten into rank 1000-5000, which is an extra 500 feathers..

You already have the 2 better units from that banner.. don't summon that banner anymore,  if you do summon, summon the green banner with the 4x flyers on the Wyvern Riders banner.

You can try the pegasus knights banner too,

But that's not really too useful to your team composition right now since they're blue.


The reason you might summon the wyvern Riders, is because there's minerva in there, ans she has a very strong weapon which people are considering a good inheritable item..


That's as good a starting team as any..

Theses site have a tier list for how good the characters are.. BUT KEEP IN MIND,  they do not take into account how the character perform as a team,  and there's alot of favoritism going on.. like Lucina being S-tier

Basically S-tier A+ and A  are all extremely similar depending on team composition..

Only the  S+ tier is some-what special cases..

OVERALL.. you don't have to worry about how good a character is, that's as good a starting set of characters as any..  Because strategic gameplay can win ~ Most games on competitive play.    And the tier list change all the time , because they alter the game quite often..

If we look at takumi for example,   he's S-tier,  and now has dropped FROM S-tier, so that's a big drop..

Nowi was no where near S,  but now she is..


SAVE your light's blessings until the really hard stages.. 9-2 and above.. and for Hard quests..

I dunno I've been reading that its some good ish. Just rumors though.

So I'm just going through the story, bunnies killing it, but I dont really know who else to use. Ranged and wyvern riders seem best. I'll go check what TP linked, mind you I don't have a ton of characters.

In the early stages because the 5 star characters start with their final weapon, their attack power and stats will be significantly stronger than the early enemies up to level 35..

The quickest path for you to build the team is to play the early game under normal mode,  up to 9-2,  then stop.

switch to hard mode and play up to 8-x

then switch to lunatic mode play up to 6-x or 7-x


This way you don't really need light's blessing yet..


So now you'll have a crap ton of orbs.. don't use them haphazardly.. wait for the banners with the color of units that you need..



Now, you're going to want to avoid summoning more than 1 flying unit for now,   because Currently,  it's not possible to build a full flier-emblem team due to the 1.5x multiplier archers have against flying units..



There are too many archers out there for you to use a 2x or more flier team..
