Cutting out sweets/carbs and adding more Slow cooked Pork shoulder.

I can intermittent fast for 24 hours and it only takes around 6-8oz to activate satiety.

you gotta be careful, you can go hypoglycemic and pass out while driving..

Even if you don't pass out, your brain wouldn't be at its sharpest without sugar.

The brain does not like fat, because fat clogs the brain's microvasculature.

The brain likes sugar..

Editing to say the bag says hot house cucumbers and they are from Canada if that matters, they're so much tastier. I usualy eat at least one a day during the week.

Shrimp, andouille sausage, zucchini, yellow squash, bell pepper and asparagus with a cajun parmesan cream sauce made from scratch. Also had some Italian bread.
