Sounds like you're missing a font, do you have the 'Segoe UI' font on your PC? Should be under C:/Fonts

They might end up doing something that totally locks up my computer.

It was on Norton antivirus from day 1, and I have consistently scanned it. It should be pretty free of trojans and worms. I defragment the drive and get rid of unused software periodically. Check with me before you buy it.. you don't want to end up with a ****ty ssd.
