I do love cooking. I'm prepared a Boeuf Bourguignon for tonight. Beef from the farm, shallots, onions, garlic (smashed to extract the juice), thyme, bay tree leaf, pepper baies ... everything marinated in red wine (a bottle) for at least 6 hours (and at most 24 hours).

I'll have 3 hours worth of cooking tonight to finish this recipe. Stay tuned for the next step

When me and my girlfriend were living in France this was one of our favorite recipes to make ;D

One of my favorite dish, I love to garnish it with caramelized shallots and lardon or gremolata (yes I know it's not classic but it makes the dish lighter)

Traditional garnishes is caramelised grelot onions, carrots, mushrooms and lardons. You can also add steamed potatoes

My grandparents were both executive chefs at a hotel restaurant down here. As a kid, I used to spend time with my grandma all the time when she was in the kitchen at her work, somehow not getting in the way of things, miraculously.
