If you haven't tried dumplings, then you really should.  Especially if you're in school or need quick meals.  You can buy them frozen and it takes less than half an hour to boil them, plus they're pretty healthy (depending on which ones you get).  I've basically been addicted to them lately... so good.

Yep, I'm thinking Chinese dumplings too!  I have lots of Chinese friends so we go out to different restaurants quite a bit.  Just last Chinese new years, my friend showed me how to make them from scratch.    ;D

It's the full chicken leg Tp, the thumbstick plus the thigh, you just remove both bones inside then roll it round and tie, wrap it tight in cling film and it'll look like that :P

I surprised you asked , isn't that China was famous for its whole deboned chicken things )

nah just normal deboned cut, some like to open the thumbstick for easier and cleaner debone, some just pull the bone away and leave the already-tubed thumbstick its way, either way with a tight wrap you can make a perfectly cylindrical shaped roll
