here's my snap of meal prepping last night.

porkchop, chicken/pork kabob (zucchini, red/yellow bell peppers, mushrooms, white onions)

w a side of corn with green onion sauce.

keto is fine when you can make bomb food like this (thanks mamma). gotta stop drinking so much alch tho...

I bought a case of frozen broccoli from CostCo and after 10 months or however long it was to polish it off I'm so sick of the stuff I can't look at it ever again.  I can deal with cauliflower but only if its breaded and deep fried and served with ranch dressing; but since that's unhealthy I don't do that.

Spinach and Sweet Potatoes are probably my go to sources for Veges these days.  BODY BUILDN FOOD!

Black, green, I love them all. Dry black oil-cured are the best, but so are the wet ones.

I had a similar experience w/ baked beans..

Big sale, 10 boxes worth,   ate beans for almost 3 months.. NEVER again..

Had Souplantation w/family and a coupon.  Chicken lettuce wraps were ok, rest of it was adequate.  Exactly what I was expecting.

Do you mean half boil / steamed..  or completely steamed-steamed above water..

Do you mean half boil / steamed..  or completely steamed-steamed above water..

OK technically pressure cooked but it came out like it was steamed, it took ~12 minutes.

Used to have this regularly back when I was in college about 10 years ago...costs less than $1 and would be enough for both lunch and dinner.



Best fast food ever.

And there was a very dirty and tiny storefront for noodles. One of the best noodle place in the city from what I hear.



Not sure if they are still open or not. Chengdu is the food heaven. I miss it dearly.

Super spicy, with very hot pepper and a ton of other spices. It's absolutely an assault on your tongue.

Oh man, looks so delicious. I miss good vendors who roam around our village selling that. I think i'd like to make those sometime.


In the meantime, i'll just stick to eating some pork blood stew  :D
