I can't believe this year is already coming to a close already!

I'm visiting my family so it's been enjoyable, salt lake is much nicer than northern Ontario.

Soon I'll be back in Ontario, to enjoy more holidays with other people.

Big Radishes are hard to grow well..

Hard to tell when they're ready to come out.. if you leave um in there too long.. they get stringy on the inside, and the texture will taste gritty..

The one thing I want to start growing is herbs and spices, including both regular and elephant garlic. Love me some elephant garlic.

Cut the root off, little olive oil in a skillet, and roast it over very low heat until it turns to a mush, smear that over the top of a good ribeye, absolutely amazing. Gotta use elephant garlic though, regular is to strong for that.

Now on a prime rib, gotta have good horseradish.

Can't help you there man, maybe a better blender?? I just use store bought. I only use it about once a year, and every time either my brother or dad bring some good stuff that will bring tears to your eyes.
