So if I buy this card, you'll admit defeat? Regardless of your special methods of deriving price, this would be very attractive to tons of people. Anyone who has 1,2, or 3 6970s would easily jump at this rather then replace all of their cards for 7870s. It’s not too hard to understand. Like I said, if I could fit another one in my rig, I’d have bought it already.
It’s funny how you call people "idiots" who are willing to pay this for a 6970. You do understand you are referring to people who spend thousands of dollars to play videogames and benchmark, on a forum where people spend thousands of dollars on keyboards. It’s not idiocy, it’s called a hobby. Some people would prefer to have a 6970 because they have a veteran driver with less bugs, like i said. And also most people have 69XX series cards, and aren’t going to sell their 6970, just to buy a 7870. That would be a waste of time. So anyone looking for x/tri/quad fire would be again, very interested in this. Its not my fault you can't see anything but the numbers, it’s actually a pretty simple concept to understand.
Just go over to OCN and start mocking people because their 580's performed close to 6970s, yet they paid way more money. You are the only idiot here, and frankly you are the one embarrassing yourself with your close minded, "I’m always right" POV.
