Tapatio is the sh*t!  Don't give me any of that Cholula garbage.

Other ones I like are Jalepeno Tabasco Sauce on pizza and Sriracha on almost everything Asian, from pho to Korean food to different Chinese dishes.

Obviously Tapatio on anything, and Sriracha on anything soup-like or noodly. If I'm out of those two, I may as well be dead.

I just discovered Spicy Ranch dressing by Hidden Valley and I LOVE IT - just thought everybody should know about it. The level of spiciness is about 1/10 but if you put some Tapatio in there... Now you're cookin'!

I noticed Ray posted those Tapatio chips. I'm not a fan of those. Why have one flavor when I can have the flavor of chips, then add Tapatio to it? Also, I love mixing Tapatio in sour cream for a spicy sour cream. Best dip for Doritos ever. And Doritos are the only chips that actually matter, so...

WHAT!? Where have you been? I used to love Nacho Cheese, then they invented Spicy Nacho. Those were amazing. But then they invented Blazin' Buffalo and Ranch, and the game was done. Still, Spicy Nacho with Tapatio sour cream is awesome.

El Yucateco is my favorite all around

for absolute heat Melindas

and when I am feeling mild, Sriracha or some Abkhaz style ajika which is basically my ketchup.

Piri Piri sauce is pretty decent too.

Everyone knows the Huy Fong, and it's good... but if you see it you should get some Shark strong sriracha and give a try.

I get El Yucateco at my Mexican grocery. I think there is the 6 gift pack you can probably find online somewhere with all the flavors ,the 4 pack is easy to find for sure but it dosen't have the Caribbean one which is super amazing for wings, the Jalapeno sauce is not a big deal to miss.

just had crystal extra hot for the first time last night - so good. i like crystal more than a lot of other cheap vinegar hot sauces but tabasco and especially green tabasco will always have a place in my heart. as far as mexican hot sauces go i love valentina, especially the black label extra spicy stuff.

I picked up some sauce on my honeymoon called "Kilauea fire Hawaiian style hot sauce" and it is REALLY good. One of the hotter sauces that I'm willing to go crazy with. Sriracha isn't even hot to me if that helps people understand my tolerances.

I have also sampled MANY other hot sauces and I find Louisiana Swamp Scum to be really good, as well as Bee sting. There is also a Rasta hot sauce that is very tasty.

I used to get jalapeno jelly from a place in the Willamette Valley, when I lived in Oregon.  Absolutely fantastic with some cream cheese, on whole-grain crackers.

I miss living in Oregon...

Psssssh.

I boil up my own chili oil.

I take Fresh (non-dried) chili.

Add safflower oil, Thoroughly blended in food processor.

then slowly boiled over a low flame for 3 hours.

Also add ginger slices and the thick scallion slices.

:D

I've tried doing this with the ghost peppers I bought online.

DO NOT DO IT in the house

As some of the oil will vaporize while cooking, it's like you're making mace on ur stove..

This was a huge mistake for me cuz I left it cooking and went upstairs for 20 mins... Came down, couldn't breath in my kitchen.

sriracha isn't good for chips, it's got too much water.

You'd need to modify it with more oil suspension or starch suspension first.
