Hahahahahaha..
MKULTRA.. HOfufu...
Ya'll have been Tricked by Corporate a second time.
I don't dispute the progression of history.
But we have NEW science now, which better explains the phenomenon.
SUGAR is Involved in Diabetes, but it is NOT the cause..
Just around 2000, before China began its economic boom, the diabetes percentage was around 2%.
This is a population where much of the middle and lower end inhabitants ate 80%-95% of daily calories from RICE, which has the same glycemic index as Sugar.
Now, today, China is the Most diabetic nation on the planet, it has more diabetes / prediabetes patients than the entire population of the United states.
Current estimates put China at 11% diabetic 37% prediabetic, 48% total
WHICH, now match the diabetic statistics of Unite States.. which is 50% total
HOW DID THIS HAPPEN..
2 things..
They started with eating lots of Sugar (from rice, which breaks down to pure glucose), but no problem, we had 2% diabetes.
But then they made a bit of cha-ching, and thought, dat Murican Cheezeburger looks good. and BOOOOM.. diabetes for everyone..
Now, on the American Corporate side, Why is meat and low carb pushed so heavily.
Simply, it is the most profitable industry.
They sell you the meat, which gives you the disease
Then they treat your chronic illness using YOUR TAX DOLLARS..
Heart disease accounts for 70% of large hospital revenues.
Check out the video below which in more detail explains the ROLE of sugar in diabetes.. hint: it is not the cause.
Just, 20 Minutes Long, No more diabetes

The problem is competing fuels. If you're eating both fat and sugar, you're generally going to be taking in more fuel than required for your daily activity level. It's not about what's worse sugar or fat. They function similarly. Either one you're body will optimize and utilize it, the body is good at that. However, you absolutely need fat to synth hormones. No fat= no hormones = host of other problems. What about insulin resistance.
I wouldn't say meat and fat and low carb is pushed heavily, as much as marketers and businesses see an opportunity to capitalize on the trends and people's obsession with body image. IF the new thing was eating straight bags of sugar, you'd definitely see ads for organic, free range sugar, fortified with caffeine.
Meh, you have a choice in how much meat you buy. Guarantee that they aren't eating steaks all by themselves, maybe with a beer, most likely potatoes.
The disease you get is from your lack of portion control, hence the hospital visit. Too much of anything is bad. 70% is mostly poor lifestyle choices or predisposition to disease I would guess. Most people don't care to portion control, and run their vehicle until it breaks down.
That video uses a lot of anecdotal evidence. The simple tests he uses to describe your teeth etc.. Doesn't necessarily apply to everyone. My teeth sure as hell don't look as flat as that pic he presented. And I don't think pre stone age people's were as frail as him. If a pack of Australian dogs can plan an attack and kill game without tools, I think humans would've been capable of at least that much without tools.
I'm sure many of us would benefit from that style of diet, but many others would do well on meat and fat. Then you're getting into weird territory of certain people's are objectively biologically different.
There's also those weird blood type diets.
That video played next after the one you posted lol. Ironic.
So what's your endgame? Get ladies? Eat meat. You need test.
Live forever? Eat as little as possible, supplement often. The less you use your body the better.
Become effeminate? Eat tons of soy lol
