Burnt the String Beans
« on: Sat, 28 May 2022, 09:04:42 »
Went to boil veggies, ah... forgot to put in water.

Bottom completely burnt,  But what was on top is super delicious, smokey flavor, fully cooked.

Tastes like Grilled, but no oil.  Probably, carcinogenic ?

I think that the real problem stuff is the tar and ash that actual fire produces.

And remember, humans have been cooking a large proportion of their food over open wood fires for millennia.
