If your talking about the php exploit, basically an old exploit found in 2024 that people didn't think could lead to anything could actually lead to something under the right conditions. People were overhyping it (it's definitely not gonna destroy 70% of the internet) but because php runs so much of the internet people were sent in a panic. It should be fine as long as everything is updated. I'll link some articles about it.

Windows taking forever to boot is just cause it kinda sucks lol

Tp4 noticed distinctly, last 2 days, PC takes noticeably longer to boot, only win11 though, win10 the same.

my windows 10 is fine, I do use ltsc so it could just be that.
