Steelseries sensei mousefeet
« on: Tue, 16 October 2012, 11:05:49 »
I might have obsessive compulsive disorder.

I have two mice. One is the SS. Kana and the other is the SS. Sensei. The kana feet (the extra 3M mouse feet they send with the mouse.. not the stock ones) have the best glide I have ever felt on a mouse. And I kinda like it.

The sensei has better weight and feel to the mouse itself. But just today though.. while i was using the sensei, there's like a sharp edge or a small dust particle on the bottom of the mouse that I could not, for the love of god, find out where on the bottom!

I have been sitting for 8 hours, wiping down the bottom of the mouse with a cloth, i have also tried running my nails on the edges of the mouse feet.

The feeling is like there is a small "stone" caught in between the mouse and the pad (i am using a razer sphex btw that is why i really feel it) And I know it is not the mouse pad because the kana glides fine!

I have 2 questions.

1. I have a spare set of kana mouse feet - will it fit the sensei? I know they are smaller but i tried to measure the SHAPE difference using the old kana set I have and it seems that even if the feet are smaller, it will still fit within the grooves of the sensei.

2. Where can I buy mouse feet? Is it cheap to order them online internationally? I live in the philippines and i don't see mousefeet in stores.

Help me please! This is going to drive me insane!!!! It is like having a very tiny piece of food in between your teeth that you could not take out!

google hyperglide, i normally just get the generic (i.e. not tailored to your mouse) just the oval ones.
