Anyone ever had this happen to them? This happened once a long time ago when I swap my keycap from Das with my Filco for fun. But then I couldn't figure out why there is resistance when I press my enter key all the way down. I swap the keycap back soon after.
Though recently I purchased a set of imsto thick PBT, then this problem happened again, so I investigated for 2 nights and finally figured out. It turns out that the when I fully depress the key, the stabilizer wire will swing in an arc and that "arc" will pass by the inside of the keycap and grinds it a little and create resistance.
So I took a swiss army knife and shave off the inside a little also I swap the stabilizer wire with another key and now it finally work properly. This picture is just for example, the key that had the issue is the enter key, somehow all the other keys seems to work ok.

Anyone else experience this before?
