These are a cool idea.  I can't tell you how often I got my earbuds yanked out of my ear when the cable catches on something.  Now if only they made a non-in-ear version... I can't stand having something jammed in my ear.

My thoughts: in-ear headphones make me feel like I am getting raped in the ear cavity

I doubt the quality is really that good, and especially at that price.. Plus if you shake your head and they drop ;_;

Interesting idea.

Buy my ears are non-standard size - every earbud I have tried just falls out eventually.

At the moment I find them dangling on the end of their cords.

I hate to think where these ones would end up.
"Because keyboards are accessories to PC makers, they focus on minimizing the manufacturing costs. But that’s incorrect. It’s in HHKB’s slogan, but when America’s cowboys were in the middle of a trip and their horse died, they would leave the horse there. But even if they were in the middle of a desert, they would take their saddle with them. The horse was a consumable good, but the saddle was an interface that their bodies had gotten used to. In the same vein, PCs are consumable goods, while keyboards are important interfaces." - Eiiti Wada

This is total scam.  Who would invest in that without a working prototype?

Ever try using foam tips instead of the standard rubbery ones?

I have the same problem as rowdy, and foam tips did not help me.

Pretty much. Still, maybe I'm biased, because I dislike unnecessarily wireless devices like keyboards, mice, and headsets already.

I really like the idea, but 256MB storage?
How long does the battery last?
105db imp with 20-20k sound is kind of meh, but this is only the 1st generation.
Highly doubtful they will get the 500,000 they want to produce AND market.
I'm surprised these people are from Miami and didn't make it gold!!!!

Wow, I didnt' even see that. 256 MB is only like 1 album (depending on quality). Maybe they expect everyone will transcode to mb3@128?

Don't think I've seen any like that, I'll keep a lookout.

Even Apple's new ones (ear pods or something like that) didn't stay in :(

Sounds like a nice idea, but the goal seems to hard to reach. You never know though.  :p
