Attacking people stems from the attackers need for attention. Brushing off their "attacks" and ignoring them is really the only solution. Most of them wouldn't dare say the things they post in person anyways.

I don't think these are very good descriptors.
Because everyone would be trolls, and it would only come down to "how far" you are on the dark side.
Just as how pathology has always been a grey area.. never a hard line, life and death are the only lines we know of more surely.. everything else is a sway.
