I recorded some and I hope you can tell  where its coming from exactly. These are stabilized keys in the audio clip, right Shift, Backspace..
It really feels\sounds like Costar stabilizers (and these are Cherry ones).
Why's this happening and how's it solved? Lubing the Cherry MX switch itself? The  Cherry stabilizers?

Note: Some of the key presses are full and some of them are past the actuation point (didn't want the clickyness coming in the way).

------------
I'm also having an issue with my spacebar. I've been noticing lots of times where I get 2 spaces or delayed second spaces. I'll try to explain, after bottoming out if I hold the cap and let it slowly come back up, I feel  a point where the spacebar gets stuck, well it's not actually stuck but it's just not fluent. So what happens is that in the time it gets stuck I register another space, sometimes its right after the first space and sometimes I already began typing the next word so it'll be in the middle of it (what I called 'delayed second spaces').
It is so annoying. I know these are different profile keycaps, coming from a Ducky Shine 2, and I already have experienced MX Blues. This holdup in the middle of the spacebar's journey upwards, however,  is new to me.
What is actually getting stuck in there? Stabilizer? What should I do?

Thanks in advance.

Any tips?

Not sure about bumping rules, by the way, so I'm going with 24h intervals.

You posted them on 4shared so I can't listen to it at work. Plus? I can't diagnose from sound unfortunately. I have the same board that you do so you should open it up and take pictures.

Get some drawer liner from Target like this. Open the board up and put some between the PCB and the inside of the case. I had the same issue and this mod fixed it.

I have this. Will it do?

Also how is it related to the spacebar being sticky and sometimes registering twice? I mean, since this mod is under the PCB and in no contact of any moving parts. Can you clarify? Thanks.

Do you have yet another spacebar to try?  I recently had a stock Filco spacebar that would stick on both of my keyboards with Cherry stabilizers--turned out if was that specific spacebar, as every other spacebar worked well.   Does the original spacebar work fine when you put it back on?  If so, I'd say it's the new spacebar that's incompatible.  I'd look carefully if it's rubbing against anything too, like the inner front of the case.

If its not a messed up spacebar, it could be your PCB pressing against the back of the case and I think shorting it out. The liner prevents shorting against the case. I had chattering on my 700R (multiple key presses) and this mod fixed it so that's why I suggested it. But I also may have skimmed your OP too fast. And yes whatever that is looks fine, as long as it fits and is nonconductive.

And you're sure the stabilizers are all seated correctly?

Thanks guys. I'll try some things and report.

CPTBadass-  since you own the board, can you tell me if the switches can be opened from the top? I know it depends on the plate but I can't tell the difference.

No. No stock board allows for switch top removal.

I know it depends on the plate but I can't tell the difference.

Check out Part 6 of BlueBar's guide, named "swapping switches", for a picture on the difference.

I've just re-read your post, paying attention to the thread title.  I somehow assumed originally that you swapped keycaps on your 700R to something other than stock (and 700R's spacebar stems are different from standard).  But apparently they are stock, so then my previous reply is not really valid.  The stock spacebar should fit the keyboard.  I'd definitely check that stabilizers are seated properly and also see if there's any tilt to the spacebar switch.
