Most comfortable way to sleep in school?
« on: Mon, 01 June 2015, 07:28:27 »
So last week of school, I promise myself I'll sleep earlier. Doesn't happen, need to catch some Z's. These desks aren't great. No backpacks for this last week to provide head support.

Why do you care about getting anything done? You're asking how to sleep at school. Also get a laptop and a bed tray.

hahahaha...it's not about that really..

You lose some -quality- of life for your later life, if you do not sleep well during your younger years.

The reason is.. While you're young, your replication system is working well.

But the derioration is NON-linear..

which means if your system is not in good order before you hit the point of hormone disregulation.   Late life will become quite an agony,  diabetus, heart disease, internal organ failures, muscle wasting..

There's been numerous studies done comparing muscle mass of people who exercised during their peak years vs those who just lounged around.

The result is, the people who exercised retain 75-80% of their muscle mass @ age 80.  while the people who never bothered to build those muscles had significant wasting.

And that's a living hell. Hate having to swim at practice on a few hours of sleep
