Matias switches in an Ergodox

Hi everyone! I've been lurking for a long time and have bought and sold a few retail mechanical keyboards, but I think I'm finally ready to make the jump into DIY projects.
I have some Matias switches I bought a while back and I'm wondering how to go about building an Ergodox with them. I've seen a lot of posts with the switches mounted straight onto the PCB, but I'm curious as to whether or not there's a way to plate mount them instead. I haven't seen any plates that allow for it, but I was thinking maybe I could use a regular MX-compatible plate and file the holes out a little to fit the Matias dimensions. Anyone got any tips?

you would need to custom redraw all 3 top plates.. the pcb will fit the switch

Does anyone have any experience or have any knowledge about FalbaTech's Ergodox cases? They have an acrylic case listed as compatible with ALPS, but I'd like to know if there are any owners of such a case who can testify to the quality and fit of the switches and whether or not the Matias plate version is 76-key or 80-key.

I don't get it, if you want matias switches,  Why not just get their ergo pro keyboard ?

That's a hell of alot easier.
