Keyboard Related Careers

Does anyone have insight into a career related to the stuff we love here?  I'm looking to relocate to the Kansas City area soon and it just dawned upon me that my dream job would involve working with the gear we love so much.

Officers consider keyboard as their co-workers. 10 hours a day stuc to keyboard.

Hardware review, but that market is already well saturated. Maybe add some uniqueness to it and cater specifically to keyboard enthusiasts. Have programming tutorials, switch guides, live build events, etc. Could take it anywhere. Wish I had enough time to do something like that.

Currently in school for electrical/computer engineering. After a few years of work experience and receiving my P.Eng I plan on opening my own start-up/business based around custom electrical enclosures including electrical and hardware design. Think Rama, but I hope to do high end peripherals and audio equipment as well. I would like to sell my own DACs, AMPs, and keyboards along with  industrial electrical enclosures for non-commercial market (i.e. private sector, military). Maybe table in custom PC cases as well.

Big dreams, I know, but it would be something I love doing and it may be something that is sustainable for the rest of my life. After my B.Eng and P.Eng I may go back to school for my MBA as well before throwing this together.

Depends how specific you want to be, there are either 2 or lots of people.

I am the Director of Operations for 2(soon to be 3) movie cinemas, and I am on my keyboard quite a bit.. haha

tbh, there are not much work to be done on a keyboard in that sense, get a pcb(design it yourself etc), write some firmware, design your case. After these steps the only thing left to do then is to work with manufacturing(China, Cherry, GMK etc) and tell them what you want them to make and then: Selling. Which most geeks tend to do.
