There's pretty definitive proof in some PayPal screenshots. However they contain personal information so it's best if not posted publicly. The geekhack moderators have it but I don't know if they plan to do anything since apparently no scamming took place directly on GH. The mechmarket mods have it as well and can pretty much confirm with 100% certainty it's this guy.

MM mods banned him for trying defraud OP (new artisan collector) who had a special rare one (not sure what). itzmeluigi pmed the guy asking if it was willing to sell, or something like that, at a much lower market price than what OP really had.

He then boasted or joked about on discord, and a nice guy user informed OP of itzmeluigi's intentions. It was escalated to the mods, and he was banned.

Dude then got butthurt and decided to send hatemail to everyone and the mods.

And now this.

Even though he sends paypal invoices and most of the people do get their money back, his actions are wasting the time and resources of everyone.

This is the best example of a very selfish person. 


I think the story goes like that, or someone correct me.

EDIT: My story's wrong, got confused with another guy. itzmeluigi harassed other users and that led him to getting banned.

In 5 years here and dozens of transactions, I never had anything but good experiences until Gutz fleeced me last spring.

I still consider that event to be an isolated aberration and think that this is a good place to do business.

I think you got some people mixed up. The user offering to buy an artisan for below market value and boasting about it was Icredigasmic. He never succeeded with the purchase, and the only rule he have broken since is trying to evade his ban with alts.

I have to say that this here is very unfortunate. I can understand it, but just sad to see this occur in the community. I almost exclusively handle my trades as invoices now unless I have an actual friendship (not just past trades) with a user. When I started to trade and sell I lucked out and never got burned, but was very bad for using gifting exclusively.

So he's defrauded people at r/MM, DT, and now here. Why does this guy still have marketplace access again?
