Almost Just Relapsed

Went for a walk outside after my second dinner..

A neighbor was getting pizza delivery..

And the delivery guy walked right past me,   I could smell the pizza, the buffalo wingz, the cinnamon stixx.


Oh man..    ..  For a moment I contemplated stealing that dude's delivery vehicle to pilfer them pizzas..

I bet if you ordered wings and got in the tub and rubbed them all over your body it would have the same satisfying effect as eating them.

There exists such a thing as vegan pizza cheese. Cheese is the only thing that is necessarily non-vegan on a simple pizza: the rest is topping. If you crave pepperoni sausage: then get yourself some friggin vegan pepperoni sausage!
Sprinkle some good olive oil on it to get it fatty enough to be enjoyable.

But Tp4 is not the typical vegan.

Tp4 is 100% Veggie @ 10% fats


The 10% fats is near the maximum natural plant based composition of that macronutrient.

--  That is to say --  it is the number that GUARANTEES 0% risk of heart disease/ arteriole sclerosis.



I HAVE TRIED, all the vegan substitute foods on the market,  and have come to the conclusion that ALL OF THEM have a significantly elevated content of oils to make them as palatable as their Real-Meat counterparts.


Sigh....   I've done this to myself.. Yes,  It's my own fault..  But what can I do..


I'm counting down the days till they invent a pill that allows people to eat meat and grease.

It's unlikely they can make it taste remotely as good as their Real-Meat burgers..

Oil is Oil..  you can't beat fried chicken..


Fried chicken is like the SUN..   Just this Godly wave of AWE which washes over you..


Can't mimic that with Vegetables..

It's your body trying to heal itself, tp. It wants to have a diet that fits the human body properly (we're opportunistic omnivores, after all).

I don't disagree that humans were scavengers.

But that doesn't change the fact that evolution only designed us to the average age of 45-50


Any desire to live beyond that age, and LIVE WELL,  necessitates 100% veggie @ 10% fats
