It's November, so what'll it be?
« on: Thu, 02 November 2017, 11:01:31 »
Canoe
Pearl
Klippe (soon to restock?)
Retro 60
Laser
Royal Alpha
XDA 8bit
Galaxy Class
SA Night King
Time TKL
KBD19X
KBD66
YAS62
BKE domes

I would love to have them all, but I'm thinking Canoe, Galaxy Class, and Retro60.

I'm sure there will be more, but this is some of what we have to consider for early November.  So what are your plans for this month?  Anything major missing from my list that you plan to pick up?  Let me know.

Not really planning on anything for November.  I would be interested in reading reviews of the new Silent Gateron Brown switches.

That's about it.

I think slate is pretty slick.  I was cleaning up a bit yesterday.  While putting my Ducky Gray and Blue PBT set away I was thinking about how it would be nice to have that dark gray but NOT the blue.  Might have to pick up Slate on the aftermarket.

I didn't know if No.1 R2 would come in November so I didn't add it, but I'm watching.  I hope it doesn't b/c  I will have to get one!

Are you going to do MX or Alps on your Pearl?  What switches and keycaps do you plan on?

MX because it's my only hope for correct profiles and legends. I wouldn't be able to live with myself putting a pipe key with the wrong profile as my enter.  Nautilus is one key away from fitting perfectly and I'm working to remedy that. Alps would require too many compromises. As for switches, don't know yet.
