Tp4 is pretttty blind without glasses.

Minus 4.25 left minus 4.75 right.


But After several months of veggies..    I just tested myself using older glasses I had on an eye test Print out..  measured the E, set myself at the right distance.

I can see quite fine on the 20/20 line with -4.0 left,  -4.25 right..

Well  the reason I checked is because  I saw research that  the eye is an extremely _vascular_ organ.   And in that way , its function is equally affected by the western diet which increases inflammation and being the root cause of arteriosclerosis.

For example, they've already successfully treated diabetic retinopathy,  diabetes making people blind..   USING 100% veggies.


Left is before,  Right is after,    Notice the inflammation and destruction of blood vessels was completely reversed.

70% of men who go into the Emergency room for chest pains For-the-First-Time,  have had ED for approximately 3-Entire-Years.


So, essentially,  If your Wii, isn't working (like it used to),  You've got roughly 3 Years before a potentially Fatal Heart-Attack.

I do get fluctuations in my vision, but only when I'm dehydrated and don't know it.  Also, if my eye muscles are strained from watching/reading something at a fixed distance, purposely blurring my vision while looking at various far away objects usually fixes it in 5 minutes.

Back then it was a 20 inch crt,  and I didn't know about lowering the brightness back then.

My eyes would have this persistent dull pain when i closed them.

But it didn't go away in 5 minutes, I had to sleep it off..  it got so bad...


Now that I'm sober from gamez,  and off greasy foods,  my eye sight is much much better..

You must have had a bad monitor for your eyes--I can stare at my Eizo for 10hrs straight and they're fine.  My eyes wouldn't even be blurry like when reading a book.

Oh I believe him--but it was probably the monitor that was the cause of the blurriness vs the fixed distance.  I would run across the same issues on a monitor that was bad for my eyes.
