Water events delayed due to high levels of Fecal Contamination in Paris river, the Seine.  It apparently rained so much that too much poo got in the river.

So the Chinese womens diving champ, origin story debut at age 14,  her mother is sick,  she needed to do-diving, to make money for the mother's treatment.

This is not the Hunger Games, totally not, no way, maybe a little.
