Tp4 is slotted for 5pm.
Since beginning of this year, it has fluctuated between 5pm and 8pm.
Prior it fluctuated between 3pm and 5pm. Impact on USPS seems to be quite pertinent.
It's a large employer, so if say Amzn wanted to build out capacity, there are only so many Hughmahns out there to be hired, at some point, the only way you can increase last mile, is by Eating USPS.
