I have a prescription for going to the gym

A prescription for good health is sadly lacking. Apparently, there is simply more corporate money to be made from people's suffering than from their health.

Don't be afraid to compliment strangers, sometimes they really need to hear something positive, and it can drastically improve their day.

Most of the problems in the world would evaporate if people were simply nice to each other.
"However, even though I was born in the Mesozoic, I do know what anyone who wants to reach out to young people should say: Billionaires took your money. They took your chance to buy a home. They took your chance at a good education. They stole your opportunities. Billionaires took the things you want in life. If you really want those things, you have to take them back.
That's the message. That's the whole message. Say that every day, not just to reach America's frustrated young white men, but people of every age, race, and gender.
Late-stage capitalism is a wealth-concentration engine, focused on vacuuming up every dollar and putting it in as few hands as possible. Republicans are helping that vacuum suck.
How does a tiny fraction of the population get away with this? They do it by dividing the other 99% of Americans against themselves."

During cardio yesterday I put on one of my favourite DJ sets, one of the ones I only allow myself to listen to a few times a year. The dopamine hit was so strong that I practically felt like I was flying, and I went more then 50% over my target for the day xD . Almost like taking MDMA!

Hit 10 months of consistent gym today! Feels really good, lost around 35lbs, gained some significant muscle growth, opened up an entire new wardrobe that is now accessible and looks good on me, my blood pressure is consistently normal, and I've been sticking to a healthy diet. Still hard for me to believe I've kept with something I didn't like for so long, but the results speak for themselves.

Someone I see regularly in there complimented me on the progress I've made, which is always nice to hear. Don't be afraid to compliment strangers, sometimes they really need to hear something positive, and it can drastically improve their day.
Noice, well done mate :D . Glad to hear you've found something that gives you so much satisfaction :) .
