The Hawaii  monk seal situation.

So the public has taken to ruining this criminal's life because he threw a rock at a seal.

MEANWHILE,  80 BILLION animals are butchered by humans every year.

A HALF MILLION seals/sea lions die as Bycatch in the fishing system PER YEAR, they are grounded up and poured into the ocean as a blood slurry after the boats haul in the nets.

This is the media landscape, a trudge of feel-good nonsense distractions for an insane cruel existence.

He got his ass beat on the beach as well, only some of the earlier reports covered that part.
There's actually a monk seal serial killer on the island who has been murdering them for 15+ years and has never been caught.
These people are scum. To harm/kill an already endangered and defenseless animal is one of the weakest things you can do.
I'm glad they are making an example of this POS, hopefully it doesn't promote others to act in a similar way.

The sad thing is most people do not realize, that they are identical to THAT GUY, they genocide animals, 'indirectly', by their payment INTO the industrial murder system.

The only difference is we pay for the slaughterhouse to be OUT OF SIGHT.
