According to http://geekhack.org/showthread.php?25956

"4p4c modular connector for terminals. Should have doubleshots and cherry blacks."

Can it be converted to USB or PS/2?

What you will need is called a moogle kit. quarzac has a group buy going right now for Wyse moogle kits, but it seems to have stalled. Maybe you can still get an order in. Hopefully he will get this going again soon.

I thought it was the ones with yellow arrows that are doubleshot cherry blacks.

Yeah, that's what scares me about buying any Wyse boards from eBay. Apparently most of the modern Wyse boards use rubber domes with pad printed or dyesub keys, not Cherry blacks with doubleshots. My Wyse keycaps came from an old Executone operator console. Not yellowed!
