« on: Fri, 28 September 2012, 16:19:56 »
I'm looking at the

Roccat savu at 4000 dpi

G400 at 3600 dpi

Any other led opticals out there that are worth mentioning?  ;D

Both the Razer Mamba and the Mionix Naos 5000 go all the way up to 5800. I actually replaced my Mamba with a Naos last year after Mionix sent me a free one to review and wound up falling in love with it. I generally keep mine around 2800 though, 5800 is far too much for me.

But both the Mamba and Naos 5000 are laser mouses.
To OP: I would recomend you the Naos 3000 if you are looking for an optical mouse, it has the same godlike ergonomics as the naos laser and Qpad 5K and it is featuring an optical sensor.

Hmmm.... interesting, is it worth $20 over the g400? because this mouse doesn't seem to get discounted ever, $50 is lowest on amazon.

Damn, and it has undisable-able angle snapping...  :'(

Did my research, it seems like the safe choice is the g400 afterall, considering logitech's experience in this stuff and their warranty.

Here's hoping I get a lz13333 and above with the angle snapping off.
