Rosewill keyboards 20% off at Newegg
« on: Tue, 15 January 2013, 07:14:05 »
Promo code EMCNJJE232

Unfortunately, most are out of stock and even with the discount, they are still cheaper at Amazon.

20% off their normal prices is not a very good deal.

Especially for a keyboard with absolutely no strain relief whatsoever for the cable connection. (Guaranteed to fail from normal usage)

I say wait until they are $40.00 or less as they have been in the past.  In one sale they were $25.00.

Rosewill RK-9000RE #1 (Broke on day 26, fixed with Scotch Tape on day 42, barely holding together)
Rosewill RK-9000RE #2 (Lubed, still in the box.  I am afraid to use it because it will break like the first one)

The $40.00 sale was definitely a sale, not a mistake.  It was widely advertised and lasted around 1 week.  There was also a $55.00 sale that lasted a whole week too.

The giveaway was that $25 promotion through newegg. I expect sales should continue, better than this one, as the new Rosewill boards come out.
