So, in irc I came up with an idea. Betting novelty keycaps (and similar items) on keyboard related events.

For example-

Of course all terms of the bet are decided by the people involved.

caps would both have to be shipped to a third party for keeping, until the event is settled.

I volunteer to hold onto the caps for you guys...  Since you all know I don't give a c*** about custom keycaps.. I am 100% un-tempted to steal them or keep them for myself.

But in serious-ness, I don't think a 3rd party is needed. If they don't honour their bet no one will be with them again.
