Never again. I have about $150 in rebates up for approval right now. From this day on, if a client wants a part which requires a rebate, they're buying it and doing the rebate themself.
Um.... why would you front money for a rebate.. you should NEVER do that.. hahaha...
I think it'd be easier if you charged up front for it.. you can handle the rebate submission and receipt as part of your service charge..
however, give them the tracking number for the rebate, so that when YOU get the money, then you return that to the customer..
That way you don't absorb the risk of rejected rebates.
