Hm? The Mission is a mostly residential area, with some mixed-use buildings of small shops, etc. Historically, it was a working class Irish neighborhood and then for a long time a working class Hispanic neighborhood with a pretty diverse group of residents. In the last couple decades like many parts of the city, for better or worse, it has been gentrifying, and many newcomers are yuppies, especially people in the tech industry. Definitely not a business district though.
