« on: Sat, 06 February 2016, 23:43:40 »
I was coming home, and saw these cup cakes in the bakery window.. I was thinking.. these would make a good breakfast tomorrow..

But then on the way home, I ate them all....

Tp4 = Fattie

Now I will be starving for breakfast tomorrow...

But then i gotta go walk outside again.. and it's cold..

i guess i could get it delivered..

but then i have to buy at least a dozen cupcakes..  and when in the presence of so many cupcakes.. it's gonna be cupcakalypse, where I'll become mentally overwhelmed and pass out on the floor after eating them all..

Honestly I think butter cream frosting is the reason I eat cake..  the cake is good, but the frosting is what gives it that Kick..

WTF are you talking about? Eating the Western devils' cupcakes?  >:D >:D >:D

This is Chinese New Year and there are proper goodies to consume.  :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:

Lemme guess, TP4 is ostracized by his family, so no places to visit and receive red packet money?

i don't mean to ruin the vibe you got in this thread or possibly de-rail it, but i've cut sugar and carbs out of my diet for about a year now, and through that experience i've been able to really examine the sort of effects foods had on me. i honestly felt like i had an addiction to sugar that was beyond the degree of drugs. i've had pill problems in the past but none of that amounts to the cravings i get when i see sugary baked goods. i'd feel broken as a human! the survival instincts in the reptilian part of my brain and the dopamine receptors really took the shape of a perfect monsters of self destruction.

anyways, please don't let me stop you from this enticing cupcake talk though.

yeah nothing wrong with indulging in moderation and balance it out with some good hearty excercise. my choice on cutting sugars and carbs came mostly from me wanting to be mentally balanced. having one source of fuel for your body to burn really gives me a nice flow of energy that's plentiful and balanced, plus it kind of makes my brain feel like it's in a jacuzzi. it's all part of my plan to frank yang it up this year.

dat' kid's on steroids..

also.. I don't think body building is good for health..

If I look at it rationally..  the body in a more natural state, wouldn't be going through that many calories and maintaining so much mass..

I try to take it sensibly ,,  until of course ,, cupcakes   .. then i'm just fat..

Overall.. I feel like refined carbohydrates.. May actually be the way to go in terms of health..

Its the energy --balance-- that most people have problems with..

There's nothing wrong with refined carbs as fuel...

So, i suppose, your assumption is such that,  because refined carbs come in so many enticing forms which cause us to -lose control- of our appetite..

Hrrm... yes that is indeed the affliction..

I just find it odd that some other fanatics consider refined carbs -poisonous- , which is ridiculous since it couldn't be more clear that our bodies burn primarily SUGAR..

yeah there is no way he'd be able to achieve what he achieved without steroids, and you are right about body building not being the healthiest thing. i just took in the quality of life factor when i tipped myself into the direction i plan on going. i just know that for every muscle in my body i'll just be that much funnier.

yeah these sort of things have a cult mentality and rightfully so. having these radical changes in your diet require a certain will, and for some, demonizing is a necessity. your essentially developing an eating disorder.

for me i saw the benefit of compartmentalizing. cutting out all sort of things out of the equation really helps me in eating right. i could very well lead an even healthier life style with a combination of everything, but i can't imagine how much work that'd take for me to implement. i'm essentially a life hacker (picture neo stopping bullets, but it's me stopping subway sandwiches)

I got a one kilo bag for around the price of a-JD40s-worth-of-zealios. Probably still cheap compared to buying muffins and cakes and whatnot already made. Definitely cheap compared to buying a new mechanical keyboard every couple of months.
