Anyone knowledgeable about monitors in here? I received a NEC PA231W today that was damaged in shipment.
The top left portion of the screen got banged up and was hoping to get some advice prior to me attempting to fix it. I could return it, but I did get a pretty sweet deal on the thing so I'm tempted to just try and fix it myself... I like tinkering with stuff anyhow. It is a curse.
I'd like to think I could just pop it back on, but there's some resistance there, dunno if I should just try lifting a portion of it up with some pliers and trying to get it in there.
Long shot, but was wondering if there were any Multisync super geeks out there that would know the best way of doing this.
