At 10:11 PM China time, Tuesday, November 1, a package being sent to me experienced a "Clearance event".   I assume that means it left the country.  The schedule says I am supposed to receive the package by the end of day November 2.

The big question:  will I received this package???  I will be on the edge of my seat tomorrow.

Full disclosure:  the DHL International shipment center is in Cincinnati, so any DHL shipments from China arrive at my door as fast as anything.
Wish I had some gif or quote for this space, but I got nothing

Designer drugs.. no doubt..

it's one of the largest secret trades out of China right now..

It's also completely legal..

For example,   if you take say, heroin,   slightly modify a hydroxy group on there,   it's technically no longer an illicit controlled substance..

SO,  ANYONE can order this legally from (100%) legitimate chemistry labs in China..  and it's all flush..

The chem labs over there doesn't care,  they don't want to care..  as far as they're concerned, you're doing lab mice studies..

Just so no one actually takes TP seriously here, have a look at the federal analogue act of 1986 before placing an order.

NO, this act does NOT apply,  because it's only targeting  FOR human consumption.

When you are dealing with the pharmacon from China,   All export will be marked NOT for human consumption..

Trust me,  they did the research..  This is a major avenue for designer highs..  loop hole..

The reasonnnn they do not bother making a new act to fix the loop hole, is because of the current prevalence of fentanyl and methamphetamine.

It's so easy to get high in the US, that plugging the loophole is pointless..

And when the DEA asks to see your research, your affiliated lab, or why you're getting your research materials sent to a private address...

Hahahahahahaha...   if you're silly enough to do all of this without bitcoins... hahaha..

EVEN before bitcoins though..  there are numerous ways to wire money out discreetly.

Also keep in mind..  The DEA has very limited resources, they would never bother to research individuals who do this in small quantities..

They are after the big fish ONLY..

This is speculation on your part, and very much not true. I don't care one way or another, but with young enterprising people on this board, I feel like it's important to not promote the Internet myth of safe and legal acquisition of research chemicals for any party outside of an acredited research lab/institution.

Promote ?

No one should be doing drugs..

But the claim was merely that you can easily get designer drugs from that country..

When you're imposing a rigid framing of acquisition of research chemical,   that is simply not how the business is setup.

That would be your go-to excuse if caught,   but overall,   it will most likely be shipped as cleaning powder or plant food,  or pop rocks along with some japanese kitkats..

These labs know what you want to buy, and they will pack accordingly..  They can't be held accountable on the China side no matter what.

The import guards will also only seize the package, they can not prove that you would've used it for illicit purposes..

They also wouldn't BOTHER to prove that you'd be using it for illicit purposes, what's the point of busting one rich teen with a creditcard .   This is not speculation,  this is happening RIGHT NOW.

So you'd like a side of customs and duty fraud with your drug charges?

They will, and have, tracked packages to the receiving address of "small time" individuals. You can find plenty of stories in the corners of the Internet where people discuss such things. They also don't need to prove that you *will* use it for illicit purposes, but only that you could. The burden ends up being on you to show that it wouldn't be for human consumption.

I know it is happening, and not infrequently. I just don't want anyone to think that it's safe--there is significant legal risk. And if you're ordering from someone who is happy to lie to customs, and as you say can't be held accountable for anything, you'd better be damn good in your forensics to make sure you're getting what you think you are.

Corner cases, on the corner of the internet.. probably written by the officers to deter attempts.. hahaha

It's by far safer than even shop lifting.

As far as ,  being sure of what you're getting..    This might apply to small amount of individuals experimenting,   but for the majority of the drug consumers, that's of low priority..   also, it's a very small leap of faith for them, considering what they are already willing to purchase on their own streets.

Apparently, the clearance event was updated to an uncontrollable clearance delay!  No!  It only completed clearance processing in Hong Kong at 5:40 PM China time!  If this thing arrives today, I am sending DHL a tip.

Just left a facility in Hong Kong at 9:17 PM China time.  This thing will be lucky to be in the country by the end of the day.  Sigh.

Seems I'm mostly talking to myself at this point, but the package arrived today. About two days to get from Shenzhen, China, to Indianapolis, Indiana.  I will take it.

I live about two hours from the main international DHL airport warehouse in the country, so any international shipments sent through DHL come to me shockingly quick.
