Will this be the year...??

Something about showcasing esport..  --tomorrow afternoon--

Hopefully there's a CSGO bench,   cuz then we'll know precisely where the IPC is...

the 6700k @ 4.8ghz will do around 400-550 fps on dust csgo

--2500k @ 4.8ghz,  280-370 fps

An analogue to Nvidia's --Fast sync--  would be nice too.

Tp4 haz no time to game @ pro level

But, am always excited when potential shake ups arise..

My prediction is...   AMD probably can not match IPC...  So they're giving people more cores which could mean completely closing the MULTICORE performance in total..

This would also explain why Intel is opening up the i3 k-series overclocking..  Because on a lower end build..

More cores is more influential than IPC.. when it comes to system responsiveness.

a 3.4ghz 8 core  Ryzen,  can beat a broadwell-e 6900k @ 3.2ghz

Both are 8core 16thread..

THis is via a handbrake benchmark (video rendering)

Hrrrrmmmmmmmmmm....  If that 95watt is correct..  Then AMD can very much make a comeback in the server space...

Gaming is still IPC dependent because main simulation will always be necked at one of the cores.

So, still no competition there..

BUHHHHHHH....    Productivity , FOR WURK computers could be shook up a bit.. Since IPC doesn't do anything for CAD, photoshop, premiere. 3DSmx
