The mechanism works like this..

You eat sugar..   Your blood sugar spikes..   Your skin produces oils (sebum)..

Your pancreas goes to work..   Produces insulin,  Your sugar drops,   skin stops producing..

When you eat meat (which contains ~30-40% fat),  or a great deal of added oils (cooking oil),   The Insulin that your body produces becomes significantly less effective.

So, if you eat a typical 'Murica Meal,   even if the total carbohydrate quantity is low,    your Sugar STAYS HIGH for much longer..  This duration leads to OVERPRODUCTION of skin oils,  THUS clogging pores,  Feeding bacteria,  and Producing Acne..

METHOD 2:

The alternative which also works, is to reduce carbohydrates and eat ALOT of meat,  no sugar, no sugar spike, no acne..

HOWEVER,   This will give you Heart disease /cancer/ dementia/ Diabetes

Remember That Atkins guy was a crook,  The entire time he had heart disease done in by his own bad advice, and he hid it from everyone..

Hey TP, I had fried chicken for lunch. It was very good. I did wash the grease off my hands before using my keyboard.

Hahahahaha..  yea,  I figured this probably wouldn't be very convincing for males,    since they're not @ significant pressure to look good..

Sigh..........  I do miss the fried chicken.. what kind did you get,  home made or POPEYES.

KFC biscuits are still pretty good,  They're more home-style,  vs the ultra greasy popeyes

I like all the KFC cuts,  but I don't like their breast, because the pressure fryer they use softens the breast texture too much..

SIgh.....................   Why can't they invent a Pill  ,  so Tp4 can eat Fried Chicken,  AND have no heartdisease or acne..

This is the Method 2,  as in the OP..

It absolutely does work, because if you're not eating a large quantity of carbohydrates, your blood sugar does not stay high enough for --Long-- enough to create much acne,    however, eating this way guarantees you cancer/heart disease/dementia/diabetes..

It's a choice I suppose..  but the consequences are dire..
