Um.. It aerates. oxidation affects the taste of tea for sure.. the air would affect tea texture to some degree because it looks like there's cream in it, therefore introducing some emulsification..
Gotta ask Chyros.. our street chemist.
I've been told oxidation is an important part of making tea, to the point where you should re-boil water you've previously boiled to make tea. I don't like the drink enough to know how this actually affects taste, but for sure it will have some effect. Pouring it from such a height will definitely increase air, and therefore oxygen, exposure, leading to increased oxidation, so yes, it probably WILL actually taste different.
/Confirmed..
Now teach us how to make Breaking Bad stuff...
And is such high purity really possible when walt didn't have the ultra pro lab equipment.
The chemistry behind Breaking Bad is pretty accurate in some places, woeful in others.
Yes, it's definitely possible to make that stuff pure, as long as you know what you're doing. The route they took is rather long, but it possibly more in line with precursors that are more readily available. Me, I'd RED with Li/NH3 from pseudo, personally, but I've never liked doing retros and I can't be arsed to work one out for myself.
Also DON'T try to dissolve a body in HF, it doesn't work (even though it won't eat your floor either).
